Deposits & Payments
At the time of reservation, we require a deposit equal to one night’s stay to hold your room. Cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL FORFEIT THEIR FULL DEPOSIT. During certain high-volume periods we may require that your stay be paid in full at the time of booking. Upon check-in you will be required to pay the balance of your entire stay, you may use an alternate payment method for any of these remaining charges; however, your initial deposit cannot be transferred to another credit card or any other form of payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Cash (with credit card on file).
We have limited parking. YOU MUST RESERVE A PARKING SPOT IN ADVANCE BY TELEPHONE. If you reserve your room at beaconinn.com, you cannot reserve a parking space online, you must call us to make arrangements via telephone.
Parking is $25 PER VEHICLE, PER NIGHT. There is NO overnight street parking in the town of Brookline.
Check-in is generally from 3:00 PM until 8:30 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins; please call us the day of your arrival. If you anticipate arriving after 8:30pm, then you must contact us with ample notice to see if a late check-in can be arranged. We apologize, but we cannot accommodate a late check-in with parking.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be arranged with ample notice. Luggage may be stored prior to check-in or after check-out at no charge.
A light complimentary continental breakfast is served informally in the guest reception/lobby from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day.
Hours of Operation
Our buildings are staffed everyday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
