Rates & Policies

Our rates differ by location and fluctuate based on time of year. Rates during special events such as graduations, conventions, major sporting events and holidays may be higher that the usual seasonal rates. Please call for more information or book online to obtain actual rates for the dates you are inquiring about.

Winter Rates - $79 & up
Spring Rates - $104 & up
Summer Rates - $139 & up
Autumn Rates - $99 & up

• We have very limited parking & you MUST reserve it in advance. If you book online at beaconinn.com, a parking space is not guaranteed until you call to verify we have an available spot. Parking is $20 per vehicle per night. There is NO overnight street parking in the town of Brookline.

• Check-in is generally from 3pm until 8:30pm. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins; please call us the day of your arrival. If you anticipate arriving late, a late check-in can be arranged with ample notice - please contact us. We apologize, but we cannot accommodate a late check-in with parking.

• Check-out is at 11 am, & a late check-out can be arranged with ample notice.

• At the time of reservation, we require a deposit in the amount of one night's stay. Cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit. Upon check-in, you may use an alternate payment method for any remaining charges; however, your deposit cannot be transferred to another credit card.

• We do not have an elevator, so if you desire a particular floor, please contact us.

• We are happy to accommodate special requests; please contact us prior to your stay.

• Luggage may be stored prior to check-in, & after departure at no charge.

• Our building hours are Monday thru Saturday, 8am to 9pm, and 8am to 5pm on Sundays.

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Cash (with credit card on file).

• Rates are subject to change without notice.
